Production : Hand picked. Multiple hand-rolled slow medium partial fermentation. Low temperature charcoal set. No additives.
Character : Flowery, honey sweet fragrance. Light color infusion, clean but fresh and bright taste. Lingering fragrant and refreshing sensation.
Brewing: 1 teaspoonful to 150ml of water at 90 degree C in 1 min
