2007 HERITAGE
This well balanced wine is the perfect blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. With aromas of blackberries, mature cherries and hints of chocolate, this delightful wine will well compliment pasta, pork and beef dishes as well as French cheeses of medium age.
Heritage marries soft tannins with spicy fruitiness in a Long finish with lingering fruit sensations. This Reserve was produced at The 8th Estate Winery in Hong Kong using grapes from Washington State, USA. There are no added preservatives or sulfites.
